    That sounds like a great book. I’ve always been a firm believer that it is never easy to lose weight because of our head. Overweight people aren’t stupid..

    I believe the mind has a HUGE impact on our weight and effort to lose it. As Tegan sad, we’re not stupid, so why aren’t we all in a healthy weight range?
